Workstation photos

Anyone have a killer trading workstation setup that they want to share? I've been thinking about how my setup will be when I return back to the states and it would be great to get a good idea of what others are using.
Send me photos at oonr7chat 'at' gmail.com.

Here is what I recommend:
1)Processor dual core (either AMD or Intel whichever you prefer at least 4400+ or 3.0 ghz)
2) Ram at least 2GB DDR2 (this is important both the 2gb and ddr2)
3) Hard drive (size does not matter as much as the speed with which it accesses data (SATA at least 150gb most have 250gb+)
4) Graphics card ( a fast one-- most on-board graphics don't support dual monitors)
A good package deal should not cost more than $900-$1200 for the above minimum configuration. Add in the graphics card + a +19' expect to spend around $1200-1500.

Hpe this helps. Rudy

thanks Rudy... that's a nice system. Do you run multiple monitors?

Yes. Two 19'flat screens + 15' laptop + Palm hand-held. Also, have my old desktop hooked up to two old crt monitors as stand-by. rudy

thanks bigfish. I also found this site: http://www.digitaltigers.com/index.shtml

Not specifically for trading, but I would need to check on the power of the process and such.

Here is my setup, although I need to update the photo as I replaced the CRT with another flatscreen. The stand is 2x4's and shelving.
